When you join our sign-up list or waiting list, we collect your email address, and your name if you choose to provide it. We also record the date and time of your consent and the wording you consented to.

We process your data to send you emails about releases, dance events, and related updates from jesy.love. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the opt-in box at sign-up and confirming via the email we send you. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing, with no effect on the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

After you submit your email, we send a confirmation email containing a link. Your address is added to our list only after you click that link. If you do not confirm, your address is not retained.

Form submissions are handled by Formspree, a service based in the United States. We may also use a separate email delivery platform to send confirmation and marketing emails; that processor will be named here once selected. These providers act as processors on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Because Formspree is based in the United States, your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards — the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses — as set out in our processor's data processing terms.

We retain your data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that, we remove your details promptly, retaining only the minimum record needed to honour your unsubscribe request and to demonstrate prior consent.
